Electricity Hot Air Batch Oven Dryer

Recently, we manufacture an electricity hot air batch oven dryer to our customers who dry tea products. Electricity hot air batch oven convert electricity power to heating resource. The installed circulated fan delivery cool air to heating resource subsequently converting hot air to heat goods, the moisture of material would be evaporated, and the afterheat is circulated to further use. The batch oven hot air temperature and drying time is flexible to control according to heated material craft.

Sealing: We adopt the non-toxic sealing rubber between oven door and oven main machine. Also, the oven insulation layer is used as the special material to prevent heat from losing.

Maintenance: We use special design to avoid environment air disturb inner working condition. There is no water leakage in the insulation layer, and easily to maintain and clean.

According to demanding capacity, we design 2 trolleys, 4 trolleys, 8 trolleys and 16 trolleys machine to meet with customers’ requirement. The trays which are laid on the trolley are including stainless steel tray, stainless steel tray with bottom hole and cross mesh tray. A multiple type of tray had better dry result for the different feature material.

Microwave Worm Dehydration

MAX industrial microwave dryer is practical, easy to use and efficient machine to dry herbs, seeds, timber, grains and worms. Especially, microwave dryer is an innovative method to dry a variety of worms like mealworms, super worms, fly maggots, black solider fly larva and cricket etc. Hot air dryer would take a longer drying time and turn worms to brown and black color. Black Soldier Fly Larva Microwave Drying Report

Machine Model:MAX-12

the total weight of sample is 6kg fresh black soldier fly larva, the sample is divided to three groups, each group is two kg

First group-- time consumption is seven minutes and twenty seconds, dried goods is 0.76kg,

Second group--- time consumption is seven minutes and twenty seconds, dried goods is 0.78kg.

Third group-- time consumption is seven minutes and ten seconds, dried goods is 0.76kg,

This model can produce 6.4kg dried black soldier fly larva and dry 16.7kg fresh black soldier fly larva. The power consumption is 11kw/h.

Machine Model:MAX-18

The total sample weight is 12.34kg black solider fly larva, the samples is divided into 4 groups.

First group—sample is 3 kg fresh black soldier fly larva, time consumption is six minutes and thirty seconds, dried goods is 1.02kg.

Second group--- sample is 3 kg fresh black soldier fly larva,time consumption is isx minutes and twenty seconds, dried goods is 1.04kg.

Third group-- sample is 4 kg fresh black soldier fly larva, time consumption is seven minutes and fifty seconds+ forty seconds, dried goods is 1.4kg,

Fourth group-- sample is 2.34 kg fresh black soldier fly larva, time consumption is four minutes and fifty-nine seconds, dried goods is 0.86kg,

This model machine can process 28kg fresh black soldier fly larva, and obtain 9.8kg dried goods.
